Gelagen 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Return Protocol & Policy
Every purchase of Gelagen completed through this authorized distribution portal is protected by an unconditional 60-day 100% money-back guarantee.
How the 60-Day Guarantee Operates
Delivery Date Activation
Your 60-day evaluation window does not begin when you submit your order. It activates on the exact calendar day your package is logged as delivered by the postal carrier.
Coverage for Opened and Empty Containers
You are encouraged to complete your full beauty regimen. Even if you have consumed all gummies and return empty bottles, you are entitled to a complete product refund minus standard shipping costs.
Simple Three-Step Return Authorization
1. Email support at [email protected] or call +1 (302) 416-9285 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket.
2. Package your containers (sealed, partial, or empty) and ship to our return warehouse.
3. Once the return is ingested, your refund is credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
